Taman Botani Negara (National Botanical Park) is an agricultural garden situated within a tropical rainforest reserve at Shah Alam, perched along NKVE Highway near the city center between Setia Alam and Bukit Jelutong. Also known as 'Bukit Cerakah' or 'Taman Cahaya Seri Alam', the park offers recreational activities, fishing lakes, landscape scenery and hiking adventures.
Some tourist attractions include RISEM - a four seasons temperate house (simulates real snow in winter), mini zoo, bird aviary, bunny park, tropical fruit orchard, cultural village, cactus garden, jungle walks, watchtowers, hike to Bukit Sapu Tangan and much more. Finally, Skytrex Adventure provides an exciting canopy walk experience using ropes, swings, steps and flying fox cable lines.
